The Medicare-Medicaid Alignment Initiative (MMAI) is a statewide program for adults who are enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. When you enroll, you will choose a primary care provider (PCP) and health plan to cover all your healthcare. The number of plans available to you depends on the county in which you live.

Health plan choices
The links below will help you find out more about the health plans that serve your area. Each health plan has a network of providers including primary care providers (PCPs), specialists, hospitals and long term care facilities that you must use. You can find out more information using the plan links below.
Each health plan also has a list of prescription drugs and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines the health plan covers. This list is called a Preferred Drug List (PDL) or Drug Formulary. To be covered, medicines on the PDL must be prescribed by doctors in the health plan’s network. Health plans do not all have the same prescription drugs on their PDLs. Use the PDL links below to find out which prescription and OTC medicines are on each health plan’s PDL.
